Although we will do our best to help you to solve any issues you may encounter, please remember that NotreDAM is an open source project and support is provided on a best-effort basis.

That means that we will try to answer your questions as quickly as possible, however the actual response time may vary depending on complexity of the question, time of week and availability of resources.

Would you like to get involved ?

We are defining a participation model, so that anybody willing to contribute will be able to submit patches, raise issues and so on. In the meantime, if you are interested in getting involved in this open-source project, please send us an email.
We will provide you the access to NotreDAM’s Google Code account, so that you will be able to use the issue tracker and/or create your branch. We will manage the merge in the trunk, before each release.

How to report a bug ?

If you find a bug in NotreDAM, you are encouraged to use the Google Code Issue Tracker to report it, Please, describe all steps required to reproduce the problem. If you want to be notified about any changes in the issue tracker, you can request to join the related mailing list.
If you are not sure about a specific bug, or if you are just not familiar with the Google Code Issue Tracker,  you feel free to use the  support forum .
Please note that we were internally using Trac for issue tracking and we are progressively moving all open tickets to the Google Issue Tracker.
